Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Provider and acceptance

ConaPlan is provided by Conaprojekt, Luka Godnič s.p., Trstenik 74, 4204 Golnik, Slovenia ("we", "provider"). Provider details are in the Legal Notice. Contact: info@conaplan.app.

These terms govern the ConaPlan web app, the ConaPlan mobile app, subcontractor links, email reports and related services (together the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service you accept these terms.

2. The Service

ConaPlan is software for managing construction projects. It includes a construction schedule (Gantt) calculated in working days, schedule import from other programs, critical path, versions, change proposals and a finish forecast; a mobile app for confirming activity status, reporting problems and recording voice site reports that are transcribed, structured, translated and sent as PDF by automated (AI) processing; subcontractor links without an account; and weekly reports by email.

Reports from the Service are not the official site diary. The site diary is a separate document you are responsible for keeping under the applicable regulations; the Service prepares groundwork for it.

3. Business use

The Service is intended for professional and business use in construction and related fields. By accepting these terms you confirm that you use it in the course of your business, trade or profession and not as a consumer, that you are of age and authorised to bind your organisation.

4. Accounts, organisations and roles

Accounts belong to an organisation. The organisation's owner manages the subscription, members and invitations; roles are owner, manager and field. Certain decisions (e.g. fixed deadlines, approving change proposals) are reserved to the owner.

You must provide accurate details and keep sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and organisation. Notify us at once of any suspected unauthorised use.

5. Subcontractors and other recipients

You send subcontractor links and weekly reports to extra recipients, or we send them on your instruction. You are responsible for sending them only to persons with a legitimate connection to the project and for revoking links where needed. Subcontractors on a link do not become users and do not count toward the plan limits.

6. Plans, trial and payment

  • The Service is offered in the Start and Pro plans, monthly or yearly; limits (active sites, users, recipients) and prices are published on the pricing page and form part of these terms. Larger volumes by agreement.
  • The trial lasts 14 days; a payment card is required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.
  • Subscriptions are charged in advance for the chosen period through our payment provider Stripe or, where agreed, by invoice. Prices are net; VAT is charged as required by law.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • Changes to the price list do not apply to existing subscriptions for as long as they run without interruption, unless you agree to the change or it is required by a change in law (e.g. VAT).
  • Plan limits are enforced in the app and on the server.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid are not refunded unless mandatory law requires it.

We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment or abuse, with prior notice where reasonably possible. After termination you may request an export of your content within a reasonable period; we then delete the data in line with the Privacy Policy.

8. Your content

All content you create or enter (schedules, reports, recordings, photos, PDFs) remains yours. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transcribe, translate, display, send on your instructions and back up your content — solely to provide the Service.

You warrant that you hold the rights and consents needed for your content, including photos of people and voice recordings, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law. We may remove unlawful content.

9. Nature of the results — review and professional judgement

Automated transcription, structuring and translation can contain errors. The Service therefore requires a review: no report is sent until you have reviewed and confirmed it. You are responsible for the accuracy of every report you confirm.

Schedules, the critical path, float, the finish forecast, schedule health and import results are aids and do not replace the professional judgement of responsible persons. You are responsible for the correctness of input data and for decisions made on the basis of the results. The Service is not legal, engineering, safety or regulatory advice.

10. Acceptable use

  • do not use the Service for unlawful content or purposes;
  • do not try to bypass, probe or breach security measures or plan limits;
  • do not reverse-engineer, copy or offer the Service to third parties as your own without our written consent;
  • do not send unsolicited bulk email; report recipients must have a legitimate connection to the project.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, software, interfaces, the ConaPlan and ConaBox marks, logos, documentation and other Service content belong to us or our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.

12. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat your content as confidential and use it only to provide the Service, meet legal obligations or as described in the Privacy Policy. For business users we conclude a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) on request.

13. Third-party services, availability and changes

The Service relies on external providers (hosting, database, AI, email, weather data, payments) listed in the Privacy Policy. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance and provider outages may temporarily limit availability.

We develop the Service and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of your plan, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for indirect or consequential damage, including damage from construction delays.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control (network or provider outages, cyber attacks, natural disasters, war, strikes, acts of authorities).

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes reasonably in advance by email or in the app. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance; if you disagree, you may cancel before they take effect.

17. General provisions

We may transfer the contract to a third party as part of a transfer of the business or the Service; your rights are not affected. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Legal Notice and the pricing page, form the entire agreement. If a provision is invalid, the others remain in force. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.

Slovenian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules; the competent court at the provider's seat has jurisdiction. In case of discrepancies between language versions the Slovenian version prevails.
